Most of our products are handmade upon purchase. Many items will ship within a week. However, please allow up to two (2) weeks for your item(s) to ship before contacting us. We may be able to prioritize your order and complete it sooner if you are in a rush. Please contact us to discuss the ETA of your order.
All orders ship via USPS. You will receive a confirmation and tracking number at the time of shipment.
Orders of $99 or more are eligible for free shipping to the continental USA. Please use the coupon code FREESHIP at checkout for the discount to be applied. Free shipping may not apply to a few very large or heavy items; please contact us if your order doesn't seem to be eligible.
NOTE ABOUT FREE SHIPPING: As of 4/3/2022, the USPS has increased prices substantially for longer items, so we are unfortunately unable to provide free shipping for our replica wood swords.

We will ship worldwide, but due to the rustic nature of our products we cannot be held responsible for items that get held up in customs, and any additional fees that they may incur. We do not guarantee delivery. Please look up your country's customs policies regarding import of moss/lichen/foreign wood, etc.
AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND BUYERS
Your customs are picky when it comes to importing wood tainted with foreign biology. Your product may be detained in customs and you may be required to pay additional fees for sterilization. We cannot be held responsible for any additional fees, and we do not guarantee delivery.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are excepted within 3 weeks (21 days) of the delivery date of your item. Buyer pays return shipping, and you will be issued a refund for the original cost of the item (minus the original shipping cost) upon receiving the returned item, provided the item is in its original condition. Items that are returned in a damaged state may not be eligible for a full, or partial refund. Customized items can not be returned. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us.
